When you install and use the Rayspeed Asia app, we may collect the following information from your Shopify store:

Store details (name, email, domain, myshopify_domain)
Store owner contact (email, phone)
Shipping settings and location IDs
Orders and fulfillment data (if relevant for calculating shipping rates)
Any custom metafields related to shipping preferences or delivery zones

We do not collect or store customer payment details, passwords, or other sensitive personal data.

How We Use the Information

We use the collected data to:

Calculate and display custom shipping rates at checkout
Identify the appropriate fulfillment location
Improve the delivery logic and app functionality
Comply with Shopify API usage requirements
Provide technical support and customer service

Data Sharing and Storage

We do not sell or rent your store or customer data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain store-related data only as long as your app installation remains active. Upon uninstallation, your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days, unless required by law.
